The Food Circus is headed up by chefs Rich Watson & Gary Tunstall. Together they bring 25 years of restaurant experience, with Gary previously being head chef for Andi Oliver and Rich having worked with top chefs across London and setting up his own food market in White Chapel.

High welfare meat is a must for us. Our suppliers include The Rare Bread Meat Company, providing some amazing Suffolk chickens & some pretty special bacon, and Txuleta who specialise in importing the very best Galician beef, reared mindfully to produce an exceptional flavour.
